There's a small but delicious treat served to welcome guests in households around Greece: "Sweet of the spoon". They are so named because the usual serving size is a well-filled teaspoon, accompanied by a glass of chilled water. Spoon sweets are fruits, and occasionally vegetables, preserved in syrup.

These spoon sweets are made in a traditional way in open saucepans so as to highlight the intense colour, the rich aroma and the genuine characteristic taste of the traditional spoon sweets.

Ingredients: Bergamot 55%, sugar 67%, fresh lemon juice.

100% natural product from Greek fresh fruits.

Gluten free, no preservatives, artificial colouring, additional flavourings or glucose.
